Organizational Performance Advisor at Solution SFT

Solution SFT is seeking an Organizational Performance Advisor to support Revenu Québec managers and other stakeholders in planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving organizational performance initiatives across Quebec City, Montreal, and Laval. The role covers process diagnostics, performance indicators, change management, operating models, continuous improvement, governance, reporting, workshops, and training on results-based management, Lean, and Six Sigma. Candidates must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, have ten years of experience including at least five in Quebec’s public, parapublic, or private sectors, and meet several additional assignment and workshop requirements.
