Description
Parallel Bio is hiring a hands-on bench scientist to advance human-first organoid drug-discovery models. The role owns the architecture and performance of immune organoid formats, designs multi-organoid and co-culture systems, develops custom culture hardware, and brings bench-level automation into routine culture work. It requires a PhD in a relevant field with 5+ years of hands-on experience beyond the PhD or an MSc with 8+ years of industry experience, along with organoid culture, custom hardware, cell culture, immunology, and automation expertise. The role is independent, cross-functional, and may require rotating weekend work.
