Description
The Orientation Associate welcomes and supports new Flatrock employees, including Direct Care Worker candidates, through recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, documentation, rostering, background checks, and CPR instruction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, comfort speaking to large groups, and enthusiasm for helping others learn and succeed; prior human resources, orientation, recruiting, or onboarding experience is preferred.
