Flagship Pioneering is hiring an Origination Associate / Senior Associate to help identify and develop novel biology and technology ventures, stress-test hypotheses, build scientific roadmaps and business cases, establish intellectual property, recruit scientific partners and advisors, and lead early-stage company formation. The role requires an advanced degree in a scientific field and at least two years of relevant research, technology, startup, or analytical experience, and is full-time and on-site in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The salary range is $135,000 to $215,000, with healthcare coverage, an annual incentive program, retirement benefits, and other benefits.
