Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry is hiring an Orthodontic Assistant to support residents, faculty, and students in treating dental patients across the Department of Orthodontics. The role includes chair-side assistance with bracket placement, arch-wire adjustments, band fitting, digital x-rays, impressions, four-handed dentistry, patient documentation, insurance verifications, front-desk support, infection control, equipment maintenance, and emergency assistance. Applicants need at least one year of dental assisting experience, orthodontic procedure experience, accredited dental assisting training and certification, Pennsylvania dental radiology certification, and CPR certification.
