Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine is hiring an Orthopaedic Coding & Precertification Manager to lead orthopedic coding, surgical precertification, denial prevention, documentation integrity, and revenue optimization across physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers. The role manages coding specialists, precertification coordinators, and revenue cycle staff; oversees audits, payer requirements, appeals, KPI reporting, and compliance; and partners with surgeons, executives, finance, and other stakeholders. Candidates need at least five years of orthopedic coding, revenue cycle, authorization, or related healthcare reimbursement experience, two years of leadership experience, CPC certification, and proficiency with billing, reporting, practice management, and electronic health record systems. The salary range is $85,000–$115,000.
