Description
Bay Area Hospital is seeking an Orthopedic Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and performance of orthopedic clinic and related service areas. The manager coordinates care across orthopedic clinics, perioperative and inpatient services, imaging, rehabilitation, scheduling, and authorization; improves patient flow and processes; manages personnel, vendors, supplies, and financial performance; and supports orthopedic growth, marketing, recruitment, and interdisciplinary initiatives. A bachelor's degree and healthcare leadership, orthopedic or ambulatory operations, direct-report management, and process-improvement experience are required or preferred.
