Description
The role provides patients with orthopedic assistive devices, performs individual consultation and fitting, independently manufactures orthoses, prostheses, and epitheses, creates design drawings and models, takes measurements and impressions using plaster casting or 3D scanning, and collaborates with hospitals, physicians, therapists, and other facilities. The position requires vocational training as an orthopedic technology master or equivalent, craftsmanship, technical aptitude, attention to detail, communication, customer orientation, reliability, and a valid Class B driver’s license.
