HyperLight is seeking an OSAT Operation Engineer to manage backend operations at manufacturing partner sites. This role involves serving as the primary interface with external manufacturers, debugging test-related issues, owning wafer-level backend execution, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve yield excursions, overseeing corrective action implementations, driving continuous improvement, optimizing wafer flow, reducing production test time, and developing clear communication regarding production status.
