Description
The Osbit Lead Engineer leads the design and construction of innovative equipment from concept through detailed design, realization, supplier management, assembly, testing, commissioning, and mobilization. The role manages project deliverables, coordinates with internal teams and customers, prepares technical documentation and calculations, and coaches junior engineers. It requires an experienced mechanical engineer with full project-cycle experience, an HBO- or WO-level technical education, English proficiency, and familiarity with Autodesk Inventor, hand calculations, STAAD, and Ansys. The position is based in Rotterdam, with possible visits to customers, suppliers, or construction sites.
