Cboe Global Markets is hiring an OSC Specialist in Singapore to provide production-level operational oversight and customer support for Cboe Global Indices and other financial-market platforms during the Singapore weekend shift. The role owns incident triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis, system monitoring, troubleshooting, data analysis, platform testing, and hand-off coordination with the US-based weekend operations team. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of securities-related or technical support experience, and proficiency with UNIX/Linux, cloud technology, SQL, and Agile development. The schedule consists of 12-hour Saturday and Sunday shifts and 8-hour Monday and Tuesday shifts, with English fluency required and Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese fluency desirable.
