Junior Adventures Group is hiring a permanent, part-time OSHC Coordinator at Trinity Grammar Prep Strathfield OSHClub to lead a team of Educators and oversee a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. The role runs split shifts Monday to Friday, includes 32.25 hours per week with 6 non-contact paid admin hours, and pays up to $43 per hour plus super. Responsibilities include program leadership, roster management, day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration, with support from regional managers and an office team. Applicants must be a natural leader, hold or obtain a national police check, complete a state working-with-children check, have Australian working rights, complete National Child Safety Training before onboarding, and hold or obtain an NSW Diploma Qualified Educator qualification.
