The OSM Construction Manager leads onsite offsite manufacturing project execution in Boise, Idaho. The role oversees OSM personnel, subcontractors, vendors, quality control, safety, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, technical coordination, and issue resolution from preconstruction through commissioning and punch list. It requires at least five years of construction or prefabrication experience, OSHA 30 certification, construction-document literacy, project management software proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position is fully onsite and offers $98,000–$160,000 annually plus incentives.
