Vero Broadband is hiring a full-time Construction Manager, Outside Plant to manage field schedules and budgets for multiple fiber network construction projects in the El Centro Markets. The role oversees OSP engineering and construction vendors, approves construction approaches and handhole locations, conducts quality inspections, manages emergency maintenance and contractor work, and coordinates with project managers and site supervisors. It requires 5–8+ years of telecommunications, construction management, or applicable experience, extensive travel, outdoor work in extreme weather, and the ability to operate heavy machinery and lift up to 50 pounds. The anticipated annual salary is $70,000–$80,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
