Lumos is hiring a field-based OSP Construction Project Engineer to oversee multiple fiber-optic construction projects from readiness through closeout in the Port Arthur, Texas market. The role manages contractors and subcontractors, monitors schedules, costs, risks, and production, inspects jobsites against OSHA and NESC standards, coordinates permitting and utilities, resolves field issues, and partners with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of fiber construction and safety standards, strong project-management skills, and a valid unrestricted driver's license.
