Pearce is hiring an OSP Field Engineer to validate and document existing telecommunications network designs and layouts, including aerial, buried, and underground fiber infrastructure, conduits, handholes, poles, and risers. The role involves field measurements, utility identification, conflict analysis, mitigation planning, and delivery of detailed notes and photographs to engineering teams. It requires at least three years of fiber-optic or telecommunications construction experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, extensive outside-plant knowledge, GIS and AutoCAD familiarity, and extensive travel and outdoor work.
