Description
Pearce is hiring an OSP Field Engineer to validate and document telecommunications outside-plant facilities, including fiber networks, poles, conduits, handholes, risers, and other infrastructure. The role involves field measurements, utility identification, conflict analysis, mitigation planning, GIS and CAD review, and delivery of detailed field notes and photographs to engineering teams. It requires at least three years of fiber-optic or telecommunications construction experience, outdoor and extensive travel, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions. Compensation is $24–$29 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
