Description
The IT Service Delivery Lead will organize, manage, and monitor on-site services operations for a government organization, including workplace support and IMACD services, supplier management, SLA/OLA monitoring, escalation resolution, and supplier performance reporting. The role requires at least an MBO diploma, 10 years of relevant IT experience, ITIL 4 Foundation certification, and practical knowledge of hardware, ITSM tools, and service delivery processes. It is based in Utrecht with hybrid working, and offers a gross monthly salary of €6,250 to €7,100.
