Vodafone is hiring an OSS Support Engineer to operate, maintain, optimise, and evolve telecommunications OSS solutions for enterprise customers and Vodafone local markets. The role covers monitoring and assurance platforms such as Ciena, Infinera, Chronos, Infoblox Grid Master, and Clavister InControl; incident, problem, change, and major-incident management; patching, upgrades, and hotfix deployments; system integrator support; and continuous service improvement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, 2–5 years of IT, telecommunications OSS application support, or network operations experience, and knowledge of Unix shell scripting, SQL, Python, databases, network protocols, and cloud platforms.
