ASI Government is hiring an Education SME to design and deliver Other Transaction (OT) and Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) training for NAVSUP’s acquisition workforce, program managers, legal staff, and leadership. The role will develop curriculum from foundational through advanced practitioner levels, connect classroom instruction with experiential learning in the Norfolk pilot office, and help establish a sustainable education program. Candidates need hands-on OT or CSO experience, adult-training experience, strong facilitation and public-speaking skills, and must be based in the Washington, DC metro area with willingness to travel to Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and Norfolk, Virginia. Preferred qualifications include defense or federal acquisition training experience, DAWIA Contracting certification, FAC-C or FAC-COR credentials, instructional design experience, and Navy or NAVSUP program experience.
