Description
ASI Government is hiring two Other Transaction (OT) and Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Execution Subject Matter Experts to support NAVSUP’s new acquisition innovation unit. The role partners with contracting officers and program personnel on live requirements, determines appropriate non-FAR acquisition vehicles, develops solicitations and supporting documentation, and provides guidance through solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, award, and administration. The position requires hands-on OT and CSO execution experience, familiarity with statutory and implementing guidance, full acquisition lifecycle experience, strong communication skills, an active Secret clearance, and onsite work at the Naval Shipyard in Norfolk, Virginia.
