Plexus is hiring an OT Cybersecurity Architect to bridge corporate IT security standards with manufacturing operational technology environments. The role defines global OT cybersecurity architecture, network segmentation, governance, risk assessments, incident-response integration, and secure remote access; leads architectural reviews for OT projects; and partners with plant engineering, operations, and automation vendors. It requires 8–10 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 4 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture or engineering, along with relevant industrial protocols, legacy-system, and remote-access expertise. The position is hybrid, requires up to 25–30% travel to manufacturing or operational sites, and offers an annual salary range of $129,500 to $194,300.
