Description
Bridewell is hiring an OT Lead to define and grow its OT cyber security practice, owning strategy, commercial performance, service development, and cross-functional delivery across consulting, SOC, engineering, vulnerability management, and incident response. The role is a senior leadership position focused on critical national infrastructure, stakeholder engagement at executive level, team building, and external thought leadership, with hybrid working and some travel required. Candidates need deep OT/ICS security expertise, strong commercial and people leadership experience, and relevant security certifications; SC clearance is required or the candidate must be eligible and willing to obtain it.
