Description
The role manages an integrated Centre of Excellence programme, maintaining roadmaps, portfolios, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and governance materials. It coordinates delivery across functions, clusters, plants, IT teams and external partners; develops executive dashboards; manages financial tracking and resource planning; supports prioritisation through the OT Tiering Framework; and drives accountability for delivery slippage and recovery actions. The position requires a bachelor's degree, strong governance and analytical skills, knowledge of cyber risk and industrial operations, and 10+ years of programme, portfolio or transformation management experience.
