Description
The OT Trainer develops, coordinates, and delivers plant-floor Operational Technology training for technicians, maintenance, engineering, and operations staff. The role owns OT training curriculum, onboarding and refresher modules, SOPs and technical documentation, training records, and compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, SSOP, and OSHA requirements. The position requires strong OT troubleshooting knowledge, PLC/HMI and industrial network familiarity, experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, proficiency in MP2 and standard computer programs, and preferred bilingual Spanish communication skills.
