Description
Vertiv is hiring an OTC Transformation Program Manager (EMEA) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, to lead and coordinate Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. The role manages a portfolio of process standardization, automation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement programs; establishes governance and KPIs; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; and drives adoption of standardized processes and technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant transformation or program management experience, OTC process expertise, ERP experience, and experience with process mapping and business process optimization. Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, RPA, AI automation, process mining, and Celonis or Power BI experience are preferred.
