Description
The Energy Conservation and Weatherization Intern is an entry-level, full-time, paid internship in Oregon’s energy conservation and weatherization industry. The role involves attending training, implementing energy-conservation and weatherization improvements, developing energy-efficient solutions, and collaborating with field professionals. Participants work with local training providers in Portland, Salem, Albany, Medford, and Bend, with training locations based on participant location. The program is 8–12 weeks, applications were reviewed in August, and the next cohort began in September 2026; participation does not guarantee future employment.
