ASB Freight Co. is hiring Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road solo freight-driving positions, with an option to become a Driver Mentor and train new CDL holders. Solo drivers typically work 10–14 days on the road, while mentor assignments last approximately 11 days. Pay ranges from $0.35 CPM for new drivers during training to $0.50–$0.60 CPM for experienced drivers, with additional mentor compensation and productivity incentives.
