Amazon Logistics Brazil is hiring an On the Road Manager for its João Pessoa - PB delivery station. The role leads and optimizes last-mile operations, including loading and delivery performance, coordination with Operations teams and Delivery Service Providers, next-day review analysis, Gemba walks, corrective actions, on-road quality and operational metrics, and reduction of delivery failures. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, flexible scheduling including weekends, nights, and holidays, and people-management experience; fluency in English and knowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodology are preferred.
