The role focuses on gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, configuring and developing solutions in Oracle Utilities Application Framework, supporting go-live activities, and ensuring quality and coding standards compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of Oracle Utilities or Meter Data Management experience, along with strong skills in Java, SOA, web services, XML, XSL/XSLT, and SQL Server or Oracle, plus preferred exposure to frontend and .NET technologies.
