VIP Vitalisten BoDo is hiring a permanent out-of-hospital intensive-care nurse to provide 1:1 care for dedicated clients in established care teams. The role includes structured onboarding and ventilation-care training, digital documentation, shift planning, and support from team leadership and specialist colleagues, including on night shifts. Applicants must hold a nursing specialist degree or equivalent qualification, have a class B driver’s license and their own car, and demonstrate reliability, responsibility, independence, and interest in digital working methods. The position offers €4,300–€4,600 gross per month plus allowances, five preferred guaranteed days off per month, and continued professional development.
