VIP Vitalisten BoDo is hiring a permanent out-of-hospital intensive-care nurse to provide 1:1 care for fixed clients in established care teams. The role includes structured onboarding and further education in ventilation care, digital documentation, shift scheduling, and support from team leadership and specialist colleagues, including on night shifts. Applicants must hold a nursing specialist qualification, a driver’s license class B, and their own car, and should be reliable, independent, and interested in digital working methods. The advertised gross monthly compensation is €4,300–€4,600 plus allowances, with five guaranteed days off per month.
