VIP Vitalisten BoDo is hiring a permanent out-of-hospital intensive-care nursing specialist to provide 1:1 care for fixed clients in dedicated care teams. The role includes structured onboarding and training in ventilation nursing, digital documentation, shift scheduling, and support from team leadership and specialist colleagues, including on night shifts. Candidates must hold a nursing specialist qualification, have a class B driver’s license and personal vehicle, and demonstrate reliability, responsibility, independence, and interest in digital working methods. The position offers €4,300–€4,600 gross per month plus allowances, five guaranteed days off per month, and continuing education.
