VIP Vitalisten BoDo is hiring a permanent out-of-hospital intensive-care nursing specialist to provide 1:1 care for fixed clients in established care teams. The role includes structured onboarding, continuing education, digital documentation, shift planning, and support from team leads and specialist colleagues, including during night duty. Applicants must hold a nursing specialist qualification, a registered nurse qualification, a class B driver’s license, and an own car, and must be reliable, independent, and interested in digital working methods. The position offers €4,300–€4,600 gross per month plus allowances, five days off by choice per month, and guaranteed leisure time separate from on-call duty.
