Description
The Process & Systems Engineer will own continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence across Amazon's Customer Fulfillment Outbound operations. The role partners with site leadership and cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost; leads end-to-end projects; analyzes operational data; supports automation and technology deployment; develops standard work and best practices; and influences senior leadership through data-driven recommendations. The position requires at least five years of relevant industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering experience, Six Sigma or Lean experience, cross-functional project leadership, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and English-language communication skills.
