Klaviyo is hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative in Dublin, Ireland, working three days per week in the office and up to 10% traveling. The role identifies high-potential companies, partners with Mid-Market Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies, tests messaging across channels and personas, and shares learnings to improve the outbound process. Candidates need at least one year of work experience, preferably in inbound or outbound BDR work at a marketing technology company, fluent Italian and English, strong communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment. The base salary is €43,550 per year.
