The role receives incoming materials, processes computer transactions, manages customer accounts and shipping schedules, creates SAP shipping documents, communicates with transportation and dispatch contacts, and performs clerical and customer-service duties. Candidates should have a high school education, warehouse experience, English communication skills, computer experience, and the ability to work independently; SAP and e-commerce experience are preferred.
