Description
Base is hiring an Outbound Distribution Supervisor to lead and develop a team responsible for picking, staging, loading, and shipping battery systems to satellite warehouses and third-party logistics providers. The role owns outbound flow, daily shipment targets, load planning under DOT hazmat requirements, carrier coordination, shipping documentation, quality checks, KPI improvement, and dock safety. Candidates need at least five years of warehouse or distribution operations experience, including one to two years supervising a team, along with WMS, forklift or powered-equipment certification, and the ability to work in warehouse conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
