Five Star Solutions is hiring a full-time Outbound Enrollment Agent to support a healthcare enrollment program by making outbound calls to eligible health-plan members, explaining program benefits, addressing questions and objections, documenting call outcomes, and meeting quality and productivity goals. The role uses an automated dialing system, Salesforce CRM, and other required systems, and requires strong communication, script-following, documentation, and remote-work skills. The position pays $16 per hour plus a $1 differential for nights and weekends and incentives, with paid training and a Monday–Friday schedule plus one Saturday per month.
