Description
The Outbound Lead will manage and optimize the outbound packing and shipping team, including training pickers and packers, prioritizing daily tasks by pickup schedules, reporting attendance and productivity, troubleshooting exceptions, evaluating employees, ordering supplies, and testing process improvements. The role requires at least two years of warehouse picking and packaging leadership experience, bilingual Spanish and English communication, computer literacy with Excel, Word, and email, and experience with a WMS system. The estimated hourly rate is $18.50 to $23.00.
