Description
The Warehouse and Customer Service Supervisor assists the Manager in overseeing warehouse and customer service operations, directing and training staff, coordinating loading and unloading, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety and equipment compliance, and supporting customer satisfaction. The role requires at least four years of distribution supervisory or management experience, WMS and labor-management experience, and a forklift certification; it is scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM and pays $59,300 to $69,150 per year in base salary, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
