CPI Security is hiring an Outbound Sales Advisor in Charlotte, North Carolina to convert company-assigned new-construction and new-homeowner leads into security, video, home-automation, and related-service customers. The role involves outbound calls, emails, and SMS; relationship building; Salesforce pipeline management; objection handling; quota attainment; and existing-client retention. Candidates need prior sales or account-management experience, outbound-contact experience, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to pass required alarm-board licensing. Compensation is $70,000 to $100,000 annually with base hourly pay, tiered commission, performance-based training, quarterly bonuses, and additional benefits.
