Vattenfall Customer Service is hiring an Outbound Sales Advisor in Umeå to proactively contact new and existing customers, identify needs, present solutions, build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, solution orientation, and knowledge of Swedish and English; sales, outbound sales, customer service, and target-experience are advantageous. It offers a fixed base salary plus commission, variable working hours between 08:00 and 19:00, and the possibility of working from home when needed.
