Conforma is hiring an Outbound Sales professional to identify and map potential customers across Europe and international markets, research pharmaceutical and medical device companies, assess outsourcing and contract manufacturing opportunities, build a prospect database, identify decision-makers, conduct outbound campaigns, and support trade events and LinkedIn content. The role requires a higher education degree or equivalent experience, strong Dutch and English communication skills, research and analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the Business Development team.
