Inside Out Hiring is recruiting a remote, full-time Outbound Sales Representative for a Chicago-based property-tax advisory client serving the Greater Chicagoland area. The role involves high-volume cold calling to pre-qualified prospects, pitching property tax refund services, securing electronic agreements, following up on notarized paperwork, and meeting a target of 20 completed deals per month. Candidates must be native or near-native English speakers, fluent in Spanish and English, experienced in outbound sales, and proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, online Excel, web-based CRMs, dialers, and e-signature platforms. The position is based in LATAM, works Monday through Friday on Central Time hours, and pays $8–$10 per hour plus incentives and commissions.
