Carwow Group is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative for its Sell My Car team to guide car sellers through the online auction process, manage a lead pipeline, review listings, advise on market pricing, explain the auction steps, handle objections, and communicate with sellers through phone, email, live chat, and SMS. The role requires pipeline management, strong communication, customer focus, attention to detail, and flexibility to work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule with hybrid work requiring at least three days per week in the office.
