The employer is hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Representative to support a Chicago-based property-tax services firm by conducting high-volume outbound calls to prequalified prospects in the Greater Chicagoland area. The role involves pitching property tax refund services, securing initial electronic agreements, and guiding clients through third-party or online notarized closing paperwork. Candidates must have outbound cold-calling or telemarketing experience, strong English fluency, bilingual Spanish and English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related sales tools. The position is remote for LATAM candidates, scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST, with a salary of $8 to $10 per hour plus incentive bonuses and commissions.
