Bullpen Talent is hiring a remote Outbound Sales Team Manager for a Washington-based home renovation company. The manager will build and oversee a low-cost outbound sales team focused on generating appointments with local U.S. homeowners, including recruiting and training agents, sourcing homeowner data, creating outreach scripts and call flows, managing schedules and operations, coaching underperforming agents, and tracking KPIs. The role is based in Latin America, follows U.S. Pacific Time, and pays $1,800 USD per month with possible performance-based bonuses.
