DNC Facility Services is hiring a full-time, remote Outbound SDR (Virtual Assistant) for LATAM candidates outside the United States. The role involves making outbound cold and warm calls, qualifying commercial prospects, handling objections, booking appointments, updating GoHighLevel CRM records, and maintaining the sales pipeline. Candidates need fluent English, 2+ years of outbound SDR or cold-calling experience, availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, and reliable internet, headset, and workspace. Compensation is MX$140–MX$211 per hour or $8–$12 USD per hour plus a performance bonus, with potential growth into senior SDR, team lead, or sales support manager roles.
