Decentralized Masters is hiring a full-time, fully remote Outbound Setter to qualify and assess incoming leads through phone, email, and chat; understand potential clients’ needs; communicate the value of high-ticket products or services; and schedule qualified prospects for consultations with the sales team. The role requires prior lead-qualification experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CRM familiarity, and a results-driven approach. It includes a minimum 8-hour workday, commission-only compensation, unlimited paid time off, flexible scheduling, and team off-sites.
